Not everybody gets the opportunity to study overseas. If you do, then you would have to be crazy not to jump on the chance. Looking at it one way, you might say “Don’t they have libraries here in the US, too?” Yes they do, and the same books, probably. But there is a lot more to learning than mere academics.
